Delivery & Return Policy

1. Nature of Service

CV4SAP is a platform offering digital software services. Purchased AI credits are entirely digital in nature and require no physical delivery. Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these digital content services.

2. AI Credit Delivery

AI credit package purchases are automatically credited to your account within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. A notification is sent to your registered email address upon activation. If credits are not loaded due to a technical issue, support can be requested by writing to info@cv4sap.com; the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content services where performance has commenced with the consumer's consent.

Purchased AI credits acquire the nature of digital goods from the moment they are loaded into the account. Therefore purchased credits are non-refundable; however, they can be used within the platform indefinitely.

4. Payment

All payments are securely processed via our payment provider with major credit card support. Card information is not stored in CV4SAP systems.
