Terms of Service

DELWORK BİLİŞİM LTD. ŞTİ. ("Company", "we") provides services via cv4sap.com ("Platform", "CV4SAP"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services. By registering or using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Service Description

CV4SAP is a digital platform that brings together SAP consultants with SAP-using firms and consulting companies. Services offered include consultant profile creation, multilingual CV preparation, CV sharing, job posting, consultant search, and listing of SAP solutions.

3. Membership & Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to register on the Platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.
• You may not share your account credentials (password, session) with third parties; you are responsible for all actions performed via your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Some features may be restricted for accounts without verified email addresses.

4. Usage Model & Pricing

In addition to free basic use, the Platform offers digital credit (token) packages purchased on a one-time basis for paid actions. There is no auto-renewing subscription.

4.1 Free Membership

• Profile creation and basic CV building
• Link-based CV sharing
• Basic view statistics

4.2 Credit (Token) Packages

Users may purchase credit packages of various sizes on a one-time basis from the Platform for paid actions such as AI-assisted CV import, AI-assisted translation, and shareable CV links. The current package list and VAT-inclusive prices are clearly displayed on the credits page before the payment step.

Key features:

• One-time purchase — no auto-renewal, card details are not stored for recurring billing.
• Credits loaded to the account have no expiry; usable until consumed or the account is closed.
• The credit cost of each action type is displayed in the interface before the action is initiated.
• All credit top-ups and consumption can be reviewed in the account transaction history.

5. Payment

All credit package payments are processed as one-time charges via the PCI-DSS compliant PayTR secure payment infrastructure using credit/debit cards. CV4SAP never stores or accesses your card information. Installment options may vary based on your bank's and PayTR's campaigns.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Platform's design, software, logo, trademark, and all content belong to the Company and are protected under Turkish intellectual property law.
• Content uploaded by users (CVs, projects, certificates, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the user. The user grants the Company a license to use such content to the extent necessary for Platform operation.
• Platform content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without the Company's written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Sharing false, misleading, fake or infringing information
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Harming or overloading Platform infrastructure with automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• Infringement of third parties' intellectual or industrial property rights
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk data scraping
• Sharing pornographic, violent, hate speech, or illegal content
• Activities on the Platform outside genuine user roles (e.g. fake recruitment, fraud)

In such violations, the account will be suspended, permanently closed if necessary, and reported to legal authorities.

8. Service Level & Availability

The Company exercises reasonable care to keep the Platform uninterrupted and error-free. The availability target is 99.5%. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical failures are considered normal. Credits incorrectly consumed during an outage attributable to the Company's fault are re-credited to the User's account upon request after verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of user-shared content; such accuracy is the User's responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, reputation, or data. In any case, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the claiming User to the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

10. Account Termination

The User may close their account at any time from account settings. The closure request is finalized after a 30-day statutory grace period during which the User may cancel the request. At the end of the period the account is anonymized pursuant to Article 7 of the KVKK, and any remaining credit balance becomes inaccessible without entitlement to a refund; it is therefore at the User's discretion to use up the existing credit balance before closing the account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of Terms violation, legal obligations, or situations threatening platform security.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the registered email address before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. For dispute resolution, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction for users with consumer status within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade; in all other cases, Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
