General
What is CV4SAP?
CV4SAP is a dedicated platform where SAP consultants build and manage their CVs and firms search and review those profiles.
Who can use the platform?
SAP consultants, consulting firms and SAP end-customers can all use the platform.
Is the platform free?
Creating a basic consultant profile is free. Advanced search, posting jobs and AI features require credit-based plans.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and CV content are available in three languages: Turkish, English and German.
Can I use the platform on mobile?
Yes, the entire platform is mobile-friendly; sign in from your browser to access all features.
Is my data secure?
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in line with KVKK and GDPR; passwords are stored as irreversible hashes.
How do I delete my account?
Use the "Delete Account" option under "My Profile > Account Settings" to permanently remove your account and related data.
How do I reach the support team?
Email destek@cv4sap.com or open a new ticket from the "My Support Tickets" tab on this page.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, verify your email address and then create a consultant or firm account.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email to receive a reset link.
Is email verification required?
Yes. Email verification is mandatory for all accounts; platform features are unavailable until verification is complete.
How do I update my profile?
Go to "My Profile" from the account menu to edit personal information, contact details and password settings.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Email-based verification is currently active; TOTP-based 2FA is on our roadmap.
Should I register as a firm or an individual?
Consultants managing their own CV should register as individual; organisations managing multiple consultants or postings should register as a firm.
Can I add multiple users to a firm account?
Yes, invite team members from the "Personnel" section of the firm panel so they can work with different roles.
Can I transfer my account to another firm?
Consultant profiles belong to the consultant and can switch firms; firm account transfers are handled via a support ticket.
Modules
What are SAP modules?
SAP modules are the functional components of SAP divided by areas such as finance, logistics and HR (e.g., FI, MM, HR).
Which modules are supported?
FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR/HCM, BW/BI, ABAP, BASIS, FIORI, S/4HANA and all other common SAP modules are supported.
How do I specify my module experience?
In the "Modules" step of the CV wizard, select the relevant SAP modules and enter your years of experience for each.
Can I search by module?
Yes, select one or multiple modules on the search page to list only consultants with relevant experience.
Can I request a new module?
Open a support ticket to request a module or sub-area; requests are reviewed regularly.
What are the module categories?
Modules are grouped under Finance, Logistics, Production, HR, Analytics, Technical (ABAP/BASIS), Experience (Fiori/UX) and Transition/Migration.
Consultant Search
How do I search for consultants?
Use the "Search Consultants" page with filters for module, city, years of experience and language to find SAP consultants.
How do I use filters?
Tick filters in the left panel to narrow search results instantly. Combining multiple filters produces more precise results.
How do I access a consultant's contact information?
When you open a consultant profile with your firm account, contact details are shown; some details may require credit usage.
Can I download the CV as PDF?
Yes, use the "Download as PDF" button on the consultant profile to get the CV as a downloadable document.
Can I add favorite consultants?
Use the star icon on each profile card to save consultants to your favorites and reach them from the "Favorites" section.
Is there a consultant comparison feature?
Yes, select multiple consultants from the cards and use the "Compare" screen to view modules, experience and language levels side by side.
Job Postings
How do I publish a job posting?
From the firm panel, open "New Posting" and fill in module, duration, work model and description to publish the posting.
How do I manage applications?
Use the "Applications" tab to see incoming applications per posting, review candidate CVs and update their status.
How long does a posting run?
Postings run for 30 days by default; you can close and reopen them at any time.
How do posting credits work?
One credit is spent per active posting; plan credits renew monthly and unused credits roll over to the next period.
How do I contact applicants?
Use the "Send Message" button on the application detail page to contact the candidate directly through the platform.
Marketplace
What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is where firms discover and purchase ready-made SAP-based solutions and where providers publish their products.
How do I publish a solution on the Marketplace?
From your provider account, open "My Solutions" and add a new solution with category, description, screenshots and pricing.
How do I contact a solution provider?
Use the "Contact" button on the solution detail page to send a direct message to the provider.
What solution categories are on the Marketplace?
Dozens of categories are available, including e-invoicing, payment integration, logistics, CRM, reporting, Fiori apps, automation and S/4HANA migration.
Is there advertising on the Marketplace?
Featured placements and category ads are offered via the "Advertising Packages" page, where you can review details and submit a request.
How is a solution approved?
Submitted solutions are reviewed by our team for content, visuals and pricing; you receive approval or feedback within 48 hours.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, debit card and wire transfer (for corporate clients) are supported; payments are processed securely via PayTR.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. After each successful payment a corporate or individual invoice is automatically sent to the email linked to your account.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are accepted for unused credits and cancellations within 14 days of subscription start; details are on the "Payment Terms" page.
How does the credit system work?
Credits are spent on posting jobs, AI CV import and boosting features; track your balance under "Payments > My Balance".
What subscription plans are offered?
Monthly and annual subscription options are available; each plan includes different credits, posting quota and support levels — details on the "Plans" page.
Are my payments secure?
All payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified PayTR with 3D Secure; card details are never stored on CV4SAP servers.
