As CV4SAP ("Platform"), the security and privacy of your personal data is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we process it, and what your rights are, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data Controller

The data controller of the CV4SAP platform is a company registered in Turkey. Contact: info@cv4sap.com

2. Personal Data Collected

The following data may be processed through the Platform:

  • Identity and contact information: Name, surname, email address, phone number
  • CV content: Professional experience, education, certifications, projects, SAP module information
  • Payment information: Payment transactions are processed via a secure payment infrastructure; card information is not stored in CV4SAP systems
  • Usage data: Session information, IP address, browser type, CV link view statistics
  • Communication records: Support requests and correspondence

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Provision of the service and account management
  • Credit purchase and payment processing
  • Creation and management of CV sharing links
  • Provision of view analytics and usage statistics
  • Security, verification and unauthorized access detection
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed within the framework of the following legal bases under Article 5 of KVKK:

  • Establishment and performance of the contract
  • Legitimate interest of the data controller
  • Explicit consent (for marketing communications)
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations

5. Data Sharing

Your personal data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. The following situations are exceptions:

  • Payment provider: Minimum data necessary for payment transactions is transmitted
  • Infrastructure providers: Hosting and email service providers (under data processing agreements)
  • Legal obligation: Competent authorities pursuant to court order or legislation

CV4SAP will never sell your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

6. Data Retention Period

Your personal data continues to be processed for as long as your account is active. After your account deletion request:

  • CV and profile data is deleted upon account closure request
  • Financial records are retained for 10 years as required by Turkish tax legislation
  • Security logs are retained for 1 year

7. Data Security

SSL/TLS encryption, secure session management, regular security updates and access control mechanisms are applied to ensure the security of your data. Payment information is never stored in CV4SAP systems; all financial transactions are handled by our PCI DSS-compliant payment provider.

8. Your Rights Under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • To request information about your processed data
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose
  • To learn the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
  • To request deletion or destruction
  • To object to a result that is detrimental to you arising through automated systems

9. Cookies

The platform uses cookies for session management, security and usage analytics. Essential cookies are required for the functionality of the service; you may disable analytics cookies from your browser settings.
