Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been drawn up in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By completing the payment process, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

Buyer (User): The user with the name, surname and contact information declared at the time of registration on the Platform.
2. Subject of Agreement
This Agreement regulates the conditions for the sale of AI credit packages offered through the CV4SAP platform. The products subject to sale are entirely digital in nature and require no physical delivery.
3. Service Features
CV4SAP offers the following digital services:
- Basic Use (Free): CV creation, link-based sharing, field hiding, view analytics
- AI Credit Packages: Used for AI-powered translation and formatting; indefinite, no expiry date
- Enterprise Solution: Firm-based centralized CV management (contact us for a custom quote)
4. Price & Payment
Current prices of services are published on the platform in Turkish Lira (TRY) inclusive of VAT. All payments are securely processed via our payment provider with major credit card support. Payment information is not stored in CV4SAP systems.
Installment payment options may vary depending on your bank and payment provider campaigns.
5. AI Credit Usage
Purchased AI credits are added to your account for an indefinite period with no expiry date and no automatic renewal. Credits are consumed only for AI-based translation and formatting operations; unused credits remain valid indefinitely.
6. Delivery
The purchased AI credit package is automatically loaded to the account within 15 minutes of successful payment completion. An activation notification is sent to the registered email address.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods and services of digital content nature where performance has commenced with the consumer's consent.
AI credit packages are digital content loaded to the account for an indefinite period from the moment the purchase is completed. Therefore purchased credits are non-refundable; however, they can be used within the platform indefinitely.
9. Terms of Use
The platform may only be used for personal professional purposes. The following constitute grounds for account suspension or cancellation:
- Spreading misleading or false information through the platform
- Unauthorized access attempts to other users' data
- Misuse of platform infrastructure
- Infringement of third parties' intellectual property rights
10. Limitation of Liability
CV4SAP cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from temporary service interruptions due to software updates or unforeseeable technical issues. The platform's availability target is 99.5%. In the event of falling below this target and outages exceeding 72 hours, proportional credits will be granted to the user.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to Turkish Law. In the event of disputes, resolution between the parties will be sought first; if resolution cannot be achieved, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Turkish Courts shall have jurisdiction.
